Uruguay (Jan 2005) 

This small country boasts great coastline with many beach resorts and an interesting capital.  When walking for 3 days along the Atlantic coast I came across a small village called Cabo Polonio.  It turned out to be a very special place, with no road access and no electricity. Instead I found great people, excellent beaches and a colony of marine wolfs.
